Job Summary
Build & Implement LDC SHE management system (MS) in Indonesia and Vietnam to minimize the risk of all assets. Take part in all new projects (construction, process, product, equipment, etc…) with a multidisciplinary to insure that SHE and prevention are taken into consideration.
Ensure the communication of any significant events internally to the site and externally of the site.
Help top manager to lead the activities of the SHE committee by providing technical, statistical and administrative support.
Develops SHE team to spearhead the application of root cause analysis methodologies and hierarchy of controls in the development of solutions for at-risk conditions, Provide SHE related training to local team and grow local SHE team.

Requirements:

Experience
Bachelor degree or above in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental, Engineering, Chemical, Mechanical or related degree.
Must have 5+ years of hands-on safety, health & environment experience in industrial working environment.

Familiar with SHE related regulations and laws.
Knowledge of Loss Control Methodology, SHE Program, Indonesia SHE regulations
