Swift Networks Limited, a broadband telecommunications services provider of Internet, Data, Video and Voice solutions in Nigeria is in search of exceptional individuals to join its team in the following positions:
- Assistant General Manager (AGM) Consumer Sales
- Assistant General Manager (AGM) Enterprise Sales
- Marketing Services Oficer
Assistant General Manager (Consumer Sales)
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the organization's market position (revenue, market share and brand strength) in the consumer sector by providing leadership to a team of sales persons focused on distribution and retail selling of our products. Candidate will also be responsible for developing new business opportunities and subscriber growth within Personal, Home, Small and Medium business segments.
Qualification and Experience:
A good first degree from a reputable university with a minimum of 2nd class honours, upper division. An MBA Degree obtained from a top university will be an advantage. Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of added experence in selling ICT and/or FMCG products and services. A proven track record in consistently delivering set targets and managing a team of field sales persons will be required.
Assistant General Manager (Enterprise Sales)
The candidate will be responsible for our business performance in the Enterprise (Business to Business) sector, and full accountability for sales, market share, brand awareness, advertising effectiveness and new product development.
Qualification and Experience:A first degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering, Computer Science and any of the Physical Sciences with a minimum of 2nd class honours (upper division) from a reputable university. An MBA degree obtained from a top University will be an advantage. A minimum of 5 years experience selling ICT solutions to the Banking and Finance, ICT, oil and gas and other
Business-to-Business prospects will be required. A proven track record in consistently delivering set targets and managing a team of field sales persons will be required.
Marketing Services Officer
- To design and conduct market research to gain deep insight into actual and latent target consumer needs and behaviour.
- To design broadband telecommunications services that will tap into these consumer needs.
- To excute Marketing programmes that will lead to the successful entrenchment of (2) above.
- To build and manage the corporate brands of the company.
Qualification and Experience:
The ideal Candidate must be a graduate of Marketing from a top University with at least a 2nd Class honours, upper division. An MBA obtained from a top University will be an advantage. A minimum of 3 years cognate experience obtained in a similar position in a top marketing oriented organization is required.
