Production Supervisor (Code: PD-SPV)
(SEMARANG – Central Java)
Requirements:
* Male , max 32 years of age
* Degree in Civil Engineering
* Has minimum 3 years of experience in similar position, preferably in Constrution Industry of familiar with projects
* Has good leadership and supervisory skill , high motivation , good analytical thingking and able to work under pressure
* Has good comprehension on concrete
* Has good communication in English both oral and written
* To be posted in SEMARANG – Central Java
Responsibilities:
* Plan and control production activities at Plant to unsure achievement of production target and quality requirements
* Ensure availability of material to support production process
* Ensure availability of truck mixer to fit production capacity
* Plan and coordinate regular Plant maintenance
* Arrange product delivery based on the customer order and production capacity
* Monitor service implementation to customer to ensure customer satisfaction
