Technical Sales (Inside)

Responsibilities:
Responsible for professional handling of call-in & walk-in customer enquiries.
Provides quotation on products selling & solution to best meet customers' requirement.
Follow up of quotations and order coordination to establish high level of customer satisfaction.
Develop and manage new account to expand customer breadth and sales performance.
Collaborating with marketing team in products promotion and conduct market research in related segments to improve sales.
Independent, resourceful and proactive in lead generation, prospecting, accounts management and involves in developing sales strategies to meet sales targets.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Computer Studies/ Electronic Engineering/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
At least 2 years of corporate sales experience with good computer integration knowledge or relevant industry.
Enthusiastic in learning new technology and strong commitment to customer service.
Analytical, self motivated and a good team player.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be fluent in English in both speaking & writing.
