Our client is a Multinational company. They are currently looking for:

Recruitment Manager
(Based in Batam) (Riau - Batam)

Responsibilities:
This position will be based in Batam, main duties is to execute Recruitment activities across all functions & department. Scope of Job:
Responsible for all recruitment activities (Mainly for Medan, Aceh, Riau, Batam) by implement best practice recruitment, sourcing and selection process to get talent for any vacancy that needed
Providing professional support and advice on recruitment to line and departmental managers; advising managers on best practice recruitment and selection process;
Preparing job descriptions and person specifications; writing job advertisements and deciding how and where jobs are advertised; designing or revising application forms, including developing online processes;
Preparing other recruitment material depending on the type of organization - for example, brochures and further particulars;
Developing creative recruitment solutions if the organization is experiencing difficulties in attracting the appropriate level and quality of staff;
Screening application forms and short listing applicants; devising, running and evaluating selection processes including interviews, psychometric tests, personality questionnaires and various group activities; keeping up to date with current employment legislation and ensuring that line managers are effectively briefed on any relevant changes;
Running selection centers for graduate recruitment and more senior vacancies;
Provide professional support and share interviewing techniques to other employees
Developing plans to relocate staff to new departments and jobs due to restructuring within an organization
Reporting to HR Director
Requirements:
Female only, 30- 40 years old, Single
Bachelor/Master degree from reputable university, degree in Psychology preferred
Strong experience in Recruitments, Minimal 5 years experience in Multinational setting
Good Interpersonal skill and ability to interface with various stakeholders
Experience recruiting mass factories workers an advantage
Good communication skills verbal and written
Ability to manage deadline
