In this position you will be the direct report to General Manager
Main Responsibilities
- Business development with distribution channel, ï½”raveling around distributors and end customers in EMEA.
- Sales and Marketing strategy, and execution to distributors
- Action plan, review and update for projects with distributors and HQ in Japan based on shared project list. Turnover management in each month
- Coordination of sales tools, pricing etc, communicating with distributors and HQ in Japan
- Working time; 80% in distributor or end-customer side, 20% at office
Requirement (Needed)
- Experience of sales in distribution channel more than 3years
- Experience of sales in electric component industry more than 5 years
- Capability from strategy making to daily project follow-up
- Communication skill with distributors and HQ to follow our direction
- Hard pushing work style to distributor, and insisting on sales result
- English
