BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Attending service calls on I&C, Breakdown, routine inspection, paid service calls, AMCs on power electronics and electrical products.
2. Accountable for the service spares, paid service revenue collection, AMC collection and execution, MIS data, train the customers on product maintenance etc.
3. Interacting with customers on all critical service issues and resolution.
EXPERIENCE NEEDED FOR THE POSITION:
1. Experience 1 to 3 years with industrial Electrical or electronics products servicing.
2. Experience 2 year in the same field and similar to Battery, UPS & Battery charger, switchgear panel industry.
SKILL COMPETENCIES NEEDED FOR THE POSITION:
1. Good Technical and customer handling skills.
2. Willing to travel and relocate.
3. Average fluency in English.
PERSONAL CHARACTRISTICS NEEDED FOR THE POSITION:
1. The person should be a male candidate.
2. Good in attitude and Physically strength.
