Senior Manager of Operation (SMO)
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
Retail Chain Management: Provides commercial leadership and development to store management through effective communication, coaching and development.
KPI Maintenance: Promote, monitor and drive store KPI’s to achieve targets set
Business Development: Explore new business opportunities with comprehensive risk assessment and costing (i.e. new store space demographics, space, rental, new product range etc). Assure all business development activities are performed in a timely and professional manner.
Business Strategic: Develop business strategies for the company’s growth and implementing marketing activities to increase brand awareness and market share.
Dept Reporting: Analyze market trend of competitors and suggest areas of improvement. Provides business planning in budgeting, forecasting and identify opportunities and provide feedback to the management.
Customer Service Measurement: Analyze and review customer service standards and measurements, and provide information and recommendation to Store Managers
Requirements:
Min. Bachelor degree from any reputable university (Overseas graduate is an advantage)
Min. 6 years of Retail Management experience at managerial level
High level of business ethics and integrity
Demonstrate sharp business acumen and good product variety management experience
Possess strong team spirit and excellent communication at all levels
Strong analytical and negotiation skills
Good presentation skills and leadership qualities
Self-motivated with high degree of initiative
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
Have strong passion in Retail Cosmetic
