As our senior consultant, you will be mainly responsible for:
* Analyzing and designing solution to meet client requirements
* Providing technical expertise and solutions to ensure on-time and on-budget project deliveries
* Working together with the client team and consulting team to provide the solutions that best fit client's needs
* Making proper documentation and deliverable's for the solution

Ideal candidate should posses the following qualifications:

* Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Consultant and/or Senior Java Developer
* Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
* Proficient in J2EE MVC, XML, Web Services data persistence frameworks, ERD design and Database operations
* Proficient in systems networking and security products/solutions.
* Familar with Unix, Linux operating systems and various open source solutions
* Familar with RIA, using AJAX or other RIA technology
* Understand the concept and implementation aspect of SOA, BPM and EAI
* Having prior experience working in any of the following technologies:
o BEA WebLogic Platform
o Oracle Application Server
o JBoss Application Server
o WebSphere Application Server
* Good leadership, multitasking and dedicated
* Great team player, Result oriented, able to think outside of the box and have a can-do behavior
* Willing to travel (probably overseas) when required
