Ideal candidate should posses the following qualifications:
* 3-5 years of experience as Business Analyst
* Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Business or related discipline
* Must have good understanding of Business Principles
* Preferably have understanding of Accounting and Financial Systems
* Must have good understanding of SOPs and Business Processes
* Preferably have good understanding of ERD or UML along with solid understanding of Java, XML, SOA and Web Services technologies
* Motivated to Learn, able to work in any office environment, confident to Lead and a capable Team member
* Metrics, KPIs, Analysis and Document Oriented
* Very good communication skills
* Willing to travel (probably overseas) when required
