GM OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
- He/she has to lead, direct and control all business development activities to meet the organisation’s short and long term business objectives
- Has the ability to identify, evaluate, negotiate and manage the most complex or strategically important business opportunities
- Minimum 7 years experience in real estate or lease management of property, restaurants, retail banking or other similar capacity
- Aged 35-45 years old
GM OF MARKETING
- Qualified management candidates will be a hands-on, charismatic leader, not afraid to one day be making espresso to the next day presenting a strategic vision to the shareholders
- He/she will oversee marketing in promotions, local store marketing, brand research, community activities, communications, CSR, category and food
- Minimum 7 years experience in multi-outlet retail business or hospitality services
- Proven planning and analytical skills
GM OF SUPPLY CHAINS
- She/he will develop and enhance planning processes and procedures. Make continuous improvements in costs, lead times and inventory strategies.
- Champions ideas and opportunities for cost reduction and review actions by a cross-functional group of stakeholders
- Leads effort to reduce costs, increase efficiency and sustain company growth. Works with category and key customers to develop supply chain strategies that support company objectives
- Minimum 7 years experience in inventory planning in a manufacturing costumer goods, distribution environment
COMMUNICATIONS/CSR MANAGER
- She/he will manage and enhance the reputation of the brand through proactive media relations and coverage in publications and non-traditional media outlets. Executes programs to aid external stakeholders understanding of Starbucks coffee and CSR ‘Good Cofee/Good Company’ and corporate message
LOCAL STORE MARKETING MANAGER
- This position will support the marketing activities (out of store focus) including new store opening, customer connections and acquisition, sampling and events. Also administers the local website
HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
- He/she will contribute to company success by acting as a strategic business partner and ensuring the efficient delivery of a full spectrum of HR products and services for employees.\
- Manage the staffing process, including sourcing selection and retention
- Consult on all employee relations issues and to ensure the compliance of the labor laws
CONSTRUCTIONS MANAGER
- He/she will responsible for producing outstanding store designs, meeting cost and schedule and operational requirements by working with a cross functional team
- Minimum 5 years in retail, hospitality or restaurant design or development organization including management of construction documents
- To manage outside architectural, MEP and other design consultants
EQUIPMENT SERVICE MANAGERS
- This position contributes to the company’s success by strategically leading equipments management programs, analyzing facility operating systems and implementing maintenance programs to support efficient, high quality delivery to the customers
- Experience in electro-mechanical assembly, equipment design and development, equipment manufacturing, project management in a cross-functional environment and has electrical, plumbing and mechanical knowledge
AREA MANAGERS
- This position is critical with responsibilities for the efficient and profitable operations of eight to ten stores/restaurants
- Ensuring efficient and timely rollouts of systems, procedures and programs from the suppost center
