Finance & Administrative Manager at PT. Varuna Lintas Sarana Logistik

Responsibilities:

Reporting to Regional Finance Manager

Responsibilities include all accounting activities and general administration duties.

* Maintaining full set of accounts and ensure strict compliance with internal financial control, including effective cash flow and credit control management
* Preparation of monthly financial reports, annual budgets and forecasts with analysis
* Managing of day-to-day accounting activities, such as inter-company/agent reconciliation, cheque payout, credit control and banking matters.
* Preparation of audit schedules for auditors and liaise with tax agents, banks and other statutory authorities
* Payroll functions, staff records and general office administration matters

Requirements:

* Relevant qualifications in accounting
* Able to work in a fast paced environment and meeting datelines
* Proficient in the use of MS office applications
* Minimum 5 years working experiences in handling full set of accounts, preferably in Shipping/ freight forwarding industry
