SENIOR FRESH MANAGER
This is a senior position, reporting directly to Merchandise Director. Main responsibility of this position is to lead the development and profit growth of fresh department by bringingexpertise in fresh area.
Requirement:
• Maximum5 Years experience as Fres development Manager or Store Manager
• Strategic experience particulary of fresh product
• Experience in managing multiple project
• Self driven with a demontstrtive ability to set and achieve own target
• Excellent business sense with good leadership, analitycal, networking, reporting and acommunication skills
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
COMPENSATION AND BENEFT MANAGER
Reporting to HR Director, the main responsibility are to develop, implementing and administering the organization’s reward and benefir policies. This includes salaries and bonuses plus employee benefits, such as life assurance, company cars and medical insurance packages as well as arranging relocation and expatriate packages.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years compensation and Benefit Manager in multinational company
• Have competency to develop and planning strategic Compensation and Benefit
• Able to manage, analizyng and monitorr employee Benefit
• Computer Literature (Ms Office, Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
SENIOR TRAINER
The man responsibility of this position is to develop training material needed by the organization and conduct all training program with higt performance and satisfaction.
Requirement:
• Minimum 3 Years of working experience as a trainer in multinational company
• Have strong presentation skill and interpersonal skill
• Knowledge in Training and good understanding of Training technique and implementation
• Self motivated, independent, active listener, team player, self confident and Profesional Appereance
• Well computer literate
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
