Production Manager
(Jawa Timur)
Responsibilities:
* Overall management of day to day production operation.
* Full production control to achieve the right quality, quantity, time and cost.
* Improving productivity & cost efficiency.
* Estimating costs and setting the quality standards.
* Training & coaching the production team to achieve company goal.
Requirements:
* Male, maximum 35 years old.
* Hold S1 Degree majoring in Mechanical / Industrial / Sains Engineering.
* Having 5 years experience in manufacturing company with min. 3 years experience as Production Manager.
* Excellent knowledge in production management & process control.
* Good knowledge in ISO 9001 Quality Systems would be advantageous.
* Excellent communication skill, Computer proficiency, and fluent in both oral & written English.
* Good leadership to lead more than 200 employees in the factory.
* Ability to build and be a part of strong teamwork.
* Be dynamic, has positive attitude, self motivated with strong analytical and problem solving skill.
