Engineering Manager (Chief Engineer)
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* To plan and manage all engineering & maintenance functions, including operational risk assessment and control and loss mitigation.
* To manage all relevant risk and compliance issues in the delivery of Property Management Services, in accordance with the Scope of Work attached to the Management Agreement.
* To ensure effective and efficient delivery of services exceeding client expectations.
* To achieve budget controls and other targets established and reviewed by the Superior/Clients
* To add value and promote efficient and cost-effective procedures as part of the ongoing maintenance review process.
Requirements:
* Degree in engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with some expertise in property management
* Qualifications in risk management or equivalent
* Member of Building Management Association or similar professional body.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in related fields.
* Knowledge and practical experience in the application of MS Office Software.
* Excellent command of English, with proficiency in report writing in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
* A demonstrable experience in team building & leadership roles are a must
