Investor Relation Manager
(Jakarta Raya)
Requirements:
* Male/Female, min 30 years old
* Minimum Bachelor degree of Accounting / Finance / Management / Business Administration
* Good understanding of stock market operations; strong analytical skills in financial modeling, accounting and financial reporting; legal drafting capability
* Good knowledge of Bapepam and JSX rules and regulations
* Good knowledge of issues affecting listed companies in the area: Corporate Governance, Financial Reporting, Corporate Social Responsibility.
* Excellent business acumen, communications and interpersonal skills
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
* Willing to work under pressure and long hours.
