For our office in Maumere, Flores we are seeking one
Field Office Manager (FOM)

For all positions we require team players with :
* Strong communicational, interpersonal and organizational skills;
* Good command of written and spoken English, excellent computer skills (MS office);
* University degree in relevant field of study (those lacking the stated educational requirements but having an excellent track record are encouraged to apply);
* Several years of working experience in relevant executive position;
* Interest in development work and eco-tourism;
* Excellent work ethic, self-starters and flexibility in schedule.

Requirements:
* Experience in project management, team leadership, organizational development and reporting in English;
* Work experience in tourism planning and development and hands on practical business knowledge;
* Ability to manage multiple interventions;
* Experience in small business development and income generation and in dealing with local and national government authorities;
* Minimum age 35;
* Willing to relocate to Maumere, Flores

Project Officer for Destination Marketing (PODM)

For all positions we require team players with :
* Strong communicational, interpersonal and organizational skills;
* Good command of written and spoken English, excellent computer skills (MS office);
* University degree in relevant field of study (those lacking the stated educational requirements but having an excellent track record are encouraged to apply);
* Several years of working experience in relevant executive position;
* Interest in development work and eco-tourism;
* Excellent work ethic, self-starters and flexibility in schedule.

Requirements:

* Experience of at least 5 years in marketing management of tourism products and/or tourist destinations;
* Experience in the preparation of marketing materials and publications (brochures, guides, newsletters);
* Editorial or writing experience with focus on content for (e-newsletters, website, offline media) and a good eye for detail;
* Excellent computer skills, outgoing personality, task and deadline oriented and self organized;
* Experience working with local government agencies an advantage.
