Vacancy as Field Service Engineers, QA Specialist

Tetra Pak Indonesia is a multinational company providing the best integrated processing and packaging solutions for the food industry. To support our growth we are currently seeking qualified personnel in the following positions.

Field Service Engineers
The successful candidate will be able to deliver our Service Products and support to our customers by providing commissioning, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting services.
To support our business expansion in Indonesia, we invite applicants to be located in Jakarta & Batam.

Job Purpose:
Ensure reliable operational performance of our customers filling lines
Reduce customers’ operational cost
Support product creation and life- cycle management

Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting – Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve technical malfunctions and breakdowns. Conduct basic root cause analysis of problem, to ensure rapid resolution and/or escalation to appropriate colleagues.
Maintenance – Plan, coordinate and execute planned preventive maintenance activities to a high standard and in line with agreed procedures, ensuring effective operation of Tetra Pak line equipment. Reinstate equipment into production environment with a high level of customer satisfaction.
Quality and Safety – To work in accordance with all safety regulations & requirements. Understand importance of product quality and ensure a safe working culture in the team.

Qualifications/Criteria:
University degree in Mechanical, electronic or “Mechatronic” engineering from reputable university with GPA minimum 2.75 of 4 scales
Several years of field technical experiences in the liquid food industry, ideally in the machine or engine construction or automation/electrical engineering
Knowledge of PLC programming and electrical trouble shooting and other control system
Preventive maintenance experience
Ability to maintain customer relationships, strong technical skills, ability to assign and positively influence the work of others in a non-reporting relationship
Ability to deliver against deadlines and commitments
For Batam area, applicant must be Batam resident (KTP)

Quality Assurance Specialist

The position provides technical assistance/support for troubleshooting & product quality issues for customers, manages customer quality performance analysis databases, provides quality assurance training and knowledge in food science, performs/supports regulatory projects (i.e., commissioning & microbiological validation) of Tetra Pak aseptic filling, packaging machine platforms and processing equipment.

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in food technology, food science, food engineering or food microbiology with GPA minimum 3.0
Minimum working experience of 1-2 years in food industry: e.g. performing food chemical analysis, microbiological evaluation and rough identification of microorganism
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
Good command of English
Computer literacy
Willing to be relocated across the country
