    Manage capital of the financial holding company to fulfill the regulatory minimum requirements. Do capital allocation and capital raising strategy (debt and equity raising, dividend reinvestment plan, debt to equity swap)

    Requirements

    • Having Bachelors Degree (Masters Degree is preferred) in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, Financial Management from reputable local or overseas university
    • Having knowledge in pension funds, corporate finance, investment management, capital restructuring
    • Having at least 3-6 years of relevant experience in pension funds, investment management, financial advisory
    • Strong interpersonal & communication skills in Indonesian and English
