HRD Manager
Qualifications :
* Male or Female, Max 40 years old
* Graduated from a recognized university in Psychology/Law/Management with min. GPA 3.00
* Have a minimum 5 years experience working in HR Department
* Excellent knowledge in HR Procedures & Processes, Performance Appraisal, Indonesia Labor Laws & Regulation, Industrial Relation, Recruitment and General Affair
* Be fluent in English
* Deep knowledge of government regulation
* Should posses experience in Payroll, Performance Management, Industrial Relation, and General Affairs
* Excellent administration skill
* Good in detail and analytical thinking
* Computer literate (MS Office and other application will an advantage)
* Good leadership, Interpersonal skill, Self-motivated, Energetic, Friendly, Independent, Can work as a team and Decision making
Have a good attitude, discipline, honest, self motivated, responsible, willing to learn, analytical skill, ability to work under tight schedules and team player, high integrity, hard worker and good leadership skill.
