Business Development Manager
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* Purpose:
o Implement or execute the business development strategies/activities in respective global accounts in accordance with the group business strategy and local business environment to deliver maximum profit and optimize business assets and human resources.
* Job Description :
o Develop potential account related business
o Maintain and grow existing account(s)
o Conduct local and overseas sales visits/customer meetings and present company capabilities
o Identify and develop sales leads
o Conduct market profiling and customer/competitor research & analysis activities to understand and identify market opportunities and challenges
o Implement effective pricing strategies to sustain profitable growth.
o Responsible for achieving business targets and KPIs for respective account(s)
o Define, monitor and enforce sales targets to the sales units
o Select and assigns key positions to reach targets
o Analyze costs and cost structure and develop improvement measurements and actions
Requirements:
* Male/Female
* Min. Education Background S1 from any discipline
* Computer Literate
* Good command in English
* Minimum 3 years experiences in same position from Freight Forwarding or Logistic Company
* Have good competencies in Business Acumen, Customer Orientation, Shaping Direction, Commitment to Excel, Building and Leading Teams, Building and Managing Partnerships, Cross Border Thinking, Constructive Challenge.
* Placement will be in Cengkareng, Jakarta.
