Finance & Accounting Supervisor
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* To provide Finance & Accounting Manager with monthly, quarterly and annual financial and operating statements to allow review of the company’s finance status.
* To plan and prepare monthly budgetary reports for each department, including budget variance reports for each department and for the entire company To keep that no down time for all vessels such as port detention, expire certificates, etc.
* Review & Set up standard policies and procedures to govern the Finance department and other department in financial areas
* Direct all tax functions of the company. This includes tax planning, research and compliance for the company, in the effort to minimize the tax burden of the company. Be involved with external tax auditor as well as tax authority during the tax audit process.
* Liaise with an appointed external auditing firm through annual financial statement and tax return preparations (if any).
* To develop ownership and discipline for the accounting staff to make use of the SAP

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent with GAP min 3,2 . CPA desirable.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent. Job role in Financial Accounting & Reporting or equivalent.
* 1 Full-Time positions available.
* Excellent management, leadership, problem solving, organization, planning, interpersonal, and communication skills
* Good interpersonal and communication skill (English both oral and written)
* Computer literate for report writing and presentation
* Excellent health, hard worker, able to work under pressure, creative and dynamic
* Travels as and when required by the job
* Familiar with SAP Program
