Superintendent Plant Training (Balikpapan based)
(Kalimantan Timur - Balikpapan)
Responsibilities:
* Reponsible to manage, develop and coordinate Plant Training for all Projects.
Requirements:
* Should completed at least an accredited Apprentice Program
* Have min 5 years experience as a Plant front line manager
* Experience on Development & Training Packages, training design and delivery - in a major international mining company would be an advantage.
* Good in English and MS Office
* Comprehensive understanding of maintenance procedures and requirements relates to Company equipments.
* Have good interpersonal, communication, problem solving and analytical skills.
