Sales Supervisor (SS-AS)
(Banten - BSD, Tangerang)
Responsibilities:
* Find and survey new customers.
* Visit dan serve all customers according to schedule.
* Travel to visit out of town customers.
* Promote all of our products to customers.
* Manage Salesman and Collector to achieve their target and your overall target.
* Handle major customers.
* Handle complaint and solve problem in a professional manner.
* Take full responsibility on any other duties as required by Branch Manager.
Requirements:
* Min S1 degree from a reputable university.
* Possess motorcycle and C type driver's license.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in supervisory level in pharmaceutical/ consumer goods distribution.
* Able to work long hours and Saturdays.
* Good motivator.
* Strong leadership, sales and teamwork skills.
* Excellent negotiation, analitical and problem solving skills.
* Professional attitude.
* Sociable, flexible and reliable.
* Discipline, meticulous, courteous and a quick learner.
* 1 Full-Time and Contract position available.
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
