Initially we are looking for candidates to work on a re-design of our core billing system, which is an enterprise level project incorporating n-tier architecture using SQL Server 2008, C# .NET (3.5) middle tier components and an ASP.NET (3.5) presentation layer as well as a number of service based applications to support integration and business function.
Subsequent to the project being rolled out, you will work with a specialist product development team put together to design and develop a Rich internet Application (RIA), with a focus on customer relationship management (CRM) and membership management. The product will be developed for a new operating division of the multi-award winning international group Ezypay which is one of the fastest growing and most awarded companies in Australia and was recently recognized as one of the top 25 best places to work.

Responsibilities:
What will you be responsible for?
As both projects are greenfield exercises, the system is being designed from the ground up and utilises the latest technology to deliver a highly functional product, blended with beauty and simplicity. As a result you will be responsible for:
* analysis of business process and workflow to drive new software requirements
* documentation of (high and low level) development processes and systems
* support and knowledge sharing with other team members
* full lifecycle development using Object Oriented methodologies
* best practice Test Driven Development
* database design and implementation
* hands on development of a Rich Internet Application (RIA) with a strong user centric design focus
* working as part of an AGILE team (Scrum methodology)

Requirements:
Do you have the experience?
A Goodwill Digital (Project Silverlight) team member is a truly talented person with an unquestionable passion for technology and the self motivation, creativity and persistence to ensure it reaches its potential. With this in mind, as a minimum, you will require:
* Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or similar.
* 4+ years commercial development experience (object oriented)
* 3+ years commercial web development experience (ASP.NET (Winforms or MVC), C#)
* Solid SQL2000/2005/2008 development skills (5+ years)
* Proven track record of application design experience
* Established tenure and commitment within past roles
* Experience with Scrum (AGILE) and TDD highly regarded
