Requirements:
* Female
* Must have 2 – 3 years front-line working experience
* Age max 30 years old
* Able to work long hours and Saturdays.
* Should have at least Bachelor (S1) degree from reputable university
* Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
* Smart, highly self motivated, good initiative, able to work independently & a team
* Having self confidence and good personality
* Mature and must have strong leadership, able to manage operations and supervise subordinates
* Must be customer oriented with interest in dealing with people
* Must be well-versed and conversant in customer handling technique, daily operations, as well as administrative capability
* To be located at Direct English-KAPLAN Surabaya-HR Muh.Square branch
