Human Resources Manager
This job shall involve, among other duties:
* Strategic Planning, Policy formulation and review and HR Quality Management Systems maintenance.
* Effective Recruitment, induction and retention of staff.
* Spearhead the company’s Training and Development program
* Overseeing effective Performance Management
* Monitor employee relations and activities as well as ensuring employee health and safety.
* Oversee staff compensation and benefits
* Provide oversight for the company’s Administrative requirements.
The applicant should meet the below basic requirements:
* Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
* Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.
* 3-5 yrs post grad experience, 1-2 yrs as Manager or related leadership position.
* Computer literate and proficiency in MS Office suit.
* Should have experience in Strategic Management, ISO Quality Management Systems, HR-MIS among other top-level business management activities.
* Have a thorough knowledge of the Kenyan Labor laws.
* Have experience in Administration management
* Be a born-again Christian
