Methodologist
(Perak - Lumut)
Responsibilities:
The incumbent will engage in planning and deployment including operational efficiency and methodology processes and its improvement as follows:
* Able to read and interprete all technical drawings
* Possess great information on machining tools detail and its process application
* Strong background of experience in machining process for heavy components
* Ability to perform programming for CNC Sinumerik – Siemens , FANUC 18i-TB CNC Controller, vertical turning center and horizontal milling machine (MM1- 10m width and 3.75 height with table support of 120 tan)
* Defines precisely and accurately on tools turning and travelling velocity
* Defines on method and time taken for each operation to be performed
* Draws phases and diameter using software for machine programming
* Experienced in positioning of components for machining processes
* Prepares job related reports and document maintenance
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Science Degree , Post Graduate Diploma in Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent
* Minimum 5 years working experience in similar background
* Proficient in use of NX6, ANVIL EXPRESS and AUTOCAD software
* An interest and knowledge in programming and scheduling
* Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines
* Analytical and good organization skills
* Able to converse and write English excellently
* Willing to relocate to Lumut, Perak
