* Receive and handle complaints from customers by phone
* Provide some information needed by customers
Requirements:
* Male/female, max. 35 years old
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
* GPA min. 2,50 (Scale 4,00)
* Good command in English is a must
* Able to work with Ms. Office
* Ready to work on shift
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
