Designation - Manager HR.
Roles & Responsibilities
Human Resource Planning & Recruitment & Selection - Derive human resource plans & facilitate recruitment & selection of competent person. Improve the recruitment yield. Making sure that Manpower planning is in sink with delivery plan of unit and no project failure due to non-delivery of manpower.
Induction / Orientation - Plan, Organize, and Monitor Induction Training Programmes of all New Comers including, Transferred Employees for familiarization of new comers.
Performance Management - Implement Performance Management System for annual review of all employees
Talent Development - Facilitate Identification of training needs & ensure implementation of training plan for the development of people and make it a learning Unit.
Employees Satisfaction - Handle day to day HR activities and employee grievance. Improve in employee satisfaction levels and great place to work index of location
Team Effectiveness in SBU Identity need and design a training program on team effectiveness with support from Corporate HR
Communication - Ensure implementation of communication mechanisms
Drive Employee Engagement by initiating various employee engagement programs after Corporate HR approval example- involvement program, celebrations of special events, etc.
Support service - Assist in review & recommend changes if any, in HR policies / procedures for effective implementation.
OD Initiatives - Facilitate OD initiatives for focused improvement
Legal Compliance Index Making sure that the site/unit is legally compliant. Ensure employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting of same.
Improve in HR operational Index. Smoothen day to day operations by generating NIL grievance.
