A Store Manager with Outstanding Retail Management experienced and skills is required to join this established Australian Business. Our client specialises in the sale of gifts, novelties and licensed merchandise. Located in Fountain Gate Shopping Centre, its a fun place to work and to shop. The successful candidate will have: * Strong Retail Management Experience * Fantastic Customer Service Skills * Be an all round retailer - "on the floor" experience * Certificate III or IV in Retail (Preferred but not essential) * Be a born leader with strong motivational skills - act as a mentor to the team * Be willing to roll up their sleeves & be proactive * Experience in Stock Management * Experience in Staff Rostering and Performance Management * Excellent people skills * Willing to learn & grow with the company This is a full-time position, you will be required to work on a 7 Day rotating roster (within normal shopping centre hours).
