SMT Engineer
Requirements:
* Male / Female above 25 years old.
* Degree / S1 in Engineering.
* Experience in SMT Machines such as YAMAHA or any modular machine.
* Experience in SMT Process and Able to generate work introduction and loading list.
* Experience on BOA Concept and repair.
Job Description:
* Repair and maintenance all SMT equipment including BGA repair station.
* Generate work instruction and generate loading UST for all new product and transfer.
* Work closely to NPI and production for any improvement on the product.
* Knowledge of SMT YAMAHA machines repair / program.
* Knowledge of computer.
