We are looking for someone who are
* Degree in a Social Sciences-related field (Psychology or Business Studies (HR preferred)).
* Warm, open-minded and outgoing personality; comfortable interacting with people
* Willing to make a commitment to a team
* Self-starter with own initiative and drive
* Optimistic character with humility to work with clients
* Female preferred
* Excellent English speaking and writing skills
* Good Bahasa Malaysia speaking skills preferred, but not mandatory.
The nature of the work will be as follows:
* Assisting managers in designing corporate training/teambuilding programs
* Facilitating outdoor teambuilding games and activities for clients at resorts
* Client engagement and presentations
* Liaising with clients and reaching out to new potential clients over the phone
* Gathering business intelligence and completing administrative paperwork
* Liaising with hotels and resorts across Malaysia and the ASEAN region. |
