As a leading name in agrochemicals, Bayer CropScience produces a range of high quality products at its manufacturing site in Norwich.
The health, safety and environmental impact of our operations is of the highest priority and to maintain our efforts in this area we wish to recruit an entry-level chemical or process engineer to join our Process Safety team which is part of our QHSE function.
Reporting to the Process Safety Manager we are ideally looking for a graduate chemical or process engineer with some previous safety experience who wishes to pursue a career in the Chemical Industry.
Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellent communication skills as well as have the aptitude to work in this critical area of safety management.
The role is challenging and offers variety in the work undertaken which will cover process safety studies, development of process safety indicators and the impact of human factors on the design and operation of our process units.

Your qualifications
Ideally candidates should have a Chemical Engineering or Sciences related degree. An understanding of COMAH and various process methodologies would be an advantage.
