IT Technical Support at DXN Group (Malaysia)

DXN Group is a Public Listed Company on the main board of Bursa Malaysia and principally involved in the cultivation, processing and marketing of Ganoderma products through MLM in the domestic and overseas markets. In line with our growth and expansion globally, we are currently looking for a dynamic, innovative & high achievers to be part of our team as:

Job Descriptions:
  • Involve in IT infrastructure/peripherals/server setup, troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Troubleshooting of hardware and software problems for the end-users.
  • Involve in the company new system implementation as well as provide user training to the end-users.
  • Keep track of IT equipments/assets.
  • Assist in all operational issues in the IT Department.
  • Provide basic application software support/guidance to end-user.


Job Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in any IT related discipline and/or relevant work experience is required for this position.
  • Preferred skill(s): Knowledge of troubleshooting networking technologies, Microsoft / Linux platform, LAN, WiFi, WAN connectivity, Internet, TCP/IP, Wins, DNS, DHC.
  • Willing to travel on an ad hoc basis when required.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Possess strong sense of responsibility & initiative, excellent communication & interpersonal skills & a pleasant personality.
  • Fresh graduate will be considered.
