Oil, Gas and Chemical Manager (Bangkok)

Job Description :
-Responsible for the OG&C Division ‘s day-to-day activities including Budget responsibility, Sales/Marketing activities, Administration, Staffing, Training, Systems improvement and interface with branch and other divisional managers.
-Responsible for monitoring, recruiting new staff and identifying training needs of staff in line with the strategy to improve operational efficiency.
-Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies in coordination with the sector’s global and regional strategies.
-Responsible for driving the sales/marketing activities through the development and implementation of sales plans for traditional services, new services and cross selling between departments where appropriate.
-Responsible for preparing, reporting and monitoring monthly activities as per company’s reporting formats and schedules.
-Responsible for planning, preparing, implementing, monitoring and adjusting the business plans and budgets with assistance from the General Manager of Core Services.
-Responsible for driving the internal implementation of ISO 9000 within the OG&C Division and for assisting the branch managers with the process control components of ISO 9000 as they are related to the inspection activities for OG&C services with assistance from the National Quality Manager. To ensure appropriate training, documentation and implementation of procedures.
-Define and implement a skills/salary matrix, which will be used to categorize the inspectors’ competency levels. This matrix is used for defining remuneration structures, job allocations and identifying training requirements.
-Responsible for the development of your immediate supervisors. The objective is to nurture, support and train them to be effective managers, decision makers and problem solvers in the day-to-day activities thus reduce the reliance of the business on individuals.
-Ensure that the costs are in line with the budget objectives and take preventative and corrective action when required.
Required Professional Skills :
Required Experience : At least 8 years experience in petroleum and chemicals business with business sense and Oil, Gas and Chemical inspection, Business development experience
