Responsibilities:
- Perform daily administrative duties, general office administration.
- Compilation of weekly/monthly reports
- Prepare monthly payroll, expense claim, petty cash, invoices.
- Handle accounts payables/receivables, cashflow monitoring, monthly bank reconciliation
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Secretarial or Business Administration with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Able to work independently
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to start immediately would be an added advantage
