Secretary at Zola Pte Ltd (Singapore)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily administrative duties, general office administration.
  • Compilation of weekly/monthly reports
  • Prepare monthly payroll, expense claim, petty cash, invoices.
  • Handle accounts payables/receivables, cashflow monitoring, monthly bank reconciliation
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Secretarial or Business Administration with at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Able to work independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to start immediately would be an added advantage
