Account Executives (Sales)

Responsibilities: • Develop sales opportunities, promote and secure sales for multi-functional imaging devices and solutions to customers • Service existing accounts and solicit for new accounts • Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for new and existing accounts Requirements: • Minimum Diploma with at least 1 year sales experience in IT office automation or similar industry • Possess initiative with the desire drive for excellence in a dynamic environment • Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills with a positive mindset • Possess a successful track record in achieving set objectives • IT-savvy and possess a Class 3 driving license preferred

Corporate Communications Officer

Responsibilities:
•	Develop and implement effective internal and external communications programs in support of the organization’s vision and goals
•	Support the department in its media relations initiative
•	Assist in the implementation of initiatives to facilitate staff communications including content development for staff publication and the corporate intranet
•	Support the department to develop and execute branding strategies to raise the company’s profile
•	Assist to implement various marketing-driven and corporate website initiative
Requirements:
•	Degree in Mass Communications
•	Minimum 1 year relevant working experience
•	Must posses basic media relation skills and communication skills
•	Excellent in creative writing, editing skill and IT savvy

Customer Care Officer

Responsibilities:
•	To service current & new accounts and to ensure customers' satisfaction
•	Ensure customers are familiarize with the function of multi-functional imaging devices
•	Perform demonstration and promote the features of the machine
•	To support Account Executive in their after-sales activities
•	Provide installation and training to customers
•	Liaise with the concern department for machine breakdown, connectivity issue & complaints from customers
•	Upkeep and maintain customers database
•	Partial selling of corporate products is required
Requirements:
•	At least GCE "O" level or equivalent
•	Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills
•	Preferably posses driving licence
Global Account Executive Responsibilities: • Provide sales and administrative support to the Global Account Assistant Manager in servicing existing Global / Regional Accounts • Assist in the collation and maintenance of database to ensure all information are being updated • To handle customer requests and complaints • To assist in tender submission with stipulated time frames for Global customers and Canon GMA Group • Compile sale reports and process subsidy of Global / Regional contracts for Canon sales office and distributors • Ensure shipment delivery of goods on time Requirements: • Degree in Business Studies / Sales & Marketing or related field of study • At least 3 years of administrative support and accounts managing experience • Proficient in Microsoft Office
