Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:
Co-ordinate with oversea customers and liaise with suppliers, process
sales orders to ensure customers' orders are delivered on time.
Responsible for resolving customer issues on changes in orders,
lead-time, shipment dates etc.
Monitor delivery schedule and payment.
Perform data entry functions for work orders, prepare all shipping
documents, export billings and LC for negotiation etc
Providing support to Marketing & Sales Department.
Any other duties as assigned by Immediate Supervisor.

Requirements:
GCE 'N' / 'O' Level/Diploma.
Min 1 years of shipping experience.
IT literate; MS office
Those with experience in using ERP system will be added advantage.
Fluent spoken & written English.
Excellent telephone & interpersonal communication skills
Pleasant personality

Working Hours: 9am to 6pm (Mon to Fri)
