1. Construction Manager (Code: CM 012)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule
  • Oversee a proposed project to determine what necessary jobs need to be completed prior to beginning the project
  • Plan, direct and budget construction projects as well as handle any issues which arise during the job
  • Manage the construction schedule in an effective and efficient manner
  • Inspect and review the construction project on a periodic basis to ensure compliance with safety code and any code regulations
  • Supervise the project and determine that the job is being done properly

Requirements:

  • All applicants should be Graduate Engineers with minimum 7 years relevant experience in Oil and Gas fabrication
  • Preferable from Batam domicile or willing to be stationed at Batam
  • Willing to work in a fabrication/construction environment


2. QA/QC MANAGER (Code: QC 009)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and guide the QA/QC team to carry out quality assurance activities which comply with established targets and standards
  • Ensure high quality of finished products which conform to the client’s specification and comply to the statutory requirement
  • Actively working with other departments to ensure a smooth and highly efficient process system.
  • Responsible for overseeing quality procedures, and ensuring that company and product quality requirements are being met and exceeded
  • Research, evaluate and recommend investment in technology, capital, equipment, systems or other assets that will improve quality of the organization raw materials, in-process products and finished products

Requirements:

  • All applicants should be Graduate Engineers with minimum 7 years relevant experience in Oil and Gas fabrication
  • Preferable from Batam domicile or willing to be stationed at Batam
  • Willing to work in a fabrication/construction environment


3. COST ESTIMATOR (Code: CE014)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Procurement team to ensure the latest pricing, new suppliers sourcing and lead times are updated so that creation of costing are accurate and timely
  • Analyze the tender documents and study the scope of work, project’s schedule, potential major resources and construction equipment to be utilized
  • Prepare project cost estimate of resources and other expenses through discussions with functional leaders in a timely manner using generic cost structure
  • Develops the bid cost estimate of project construction activities and services
  • Identifies the critical materials to be estimated
  • Assists in the selection of the reference vendor quotation
  • Ensures the assessment of costs/schedule of all project activities
  • Prepare the bid price breakdown and any prices/cost details
  • Provide the best cost estimates in order to optimize the bid definition


Requirements:

  • All applicants should be Graduate Engineers with minimum 3 years relevant experience in Oil and Gas fabrication
  • Preferable from Batam domicile or willing to be stationed at Batam
  • Willing to work in a fabrication/construction environment

4. ENGINEER – STRUCTURAL (Code: ES 013)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Involve in the design engineering and analysis, planning, and logistics support for the oil and gas projects.
  • Review or perform structural designing and technical drawings
  • Liaise with various internal and external project team members, customers, suppliers, contractors, etc to ensure completion of tasks and goals
  • Prepare purchase specifications and Purchase Requisitions for the procurement of items required as and when required


Requirements:

  • All applicants should be Graduate Engineers with minimum 3 years relevant experience in Oil and Gas fabrication
  • Preferable from Batam domicile or willing to be stationed at Batam
  • Willing to work in a fabrication/construction environment


5. QC PAINTING INSPECTOR (Code: QC 009)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the Painting/Coating activities are performed and completed as per the project specifications
  • Monitor all Blasting and Painting activities to ensure the abrasive, surface profile, coating, and environmental
  • Control Calibration Interval, Calibration Status and In-house Calibration of Equipment

Requirements:

  • All applicants should be Graduate Engineers with minimum 3 years relevant experience in Oil and Gas fabrication
  • Preferable from Batam domicile or willing to be stationed at Batam
  • Willing to work in a fabrication/construction environment

6. STRUCTURAL SUPERINTENDENT (Code: SS 010)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the planning, analysis, recommendations in support of project construction
  • Ensure all design work is safe and carried out in a safe manner, and conform to the codes and standards used by the client, or to agreed industry standards
  • Supervise the daily construction activities at work site, including scheduling of workers, delivery of equipment and materials, and progress of the project

Requirements:

  • All applicants should be Graduate Engineers with minimum 5 years relevant experience in Oil and Gas fabrication
  • Preferable from Batam domicile or willing to be stationed at Batam
  • Willing to work in a fabrication/construction environment


7. PROJECT COST CONTROLLER (Code: CC 004)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform costing for all the projects and contracts
  • Manage cash flows and costs relative to revenue
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports on project status against budget, with a variance analysis of fluctuations
  • Develop and report KPI metrics
  • Interface effectively with key external and internal parties

Requirements:

  • All applicants should be Graduate Engineers with minimum 3 years relevant experience in Oil and Gas fabrication
  • Preferable from Batam domicile or willing to be stationed at Batam
  • Willing to work in a fabrication/construction environment


8. SALES ENGINEER (Code: SE 007)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop customer base and enhance customer relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop technical insights to the products and applications, in order to offer solutions adapted to customers’ needs

Requirements:

  • All applicants should be Graduate Engineers with minimum 5 years relevant experience in Oil and Gas fabrication
  • Preferable from Batam domicile or willing to be stationed at Batam
  • Willing to work in a fabrication/construction environment

9. LOGISTICS OFFICER (Code: LO 015)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all shipping, import and export documentation are captured and communicated properly among other parties
  • Monitor and liaise with all parties to ensure the delivery is running on schedule

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business with minimum 3 years relevant experience in Oil and Gas fabrication
  • Preferable from Batam domicile or willing to be stationed at Batam
  • Willing to work in a fabrication/construction environment

10. DOCUMENT CONTROLLER (Code: DC 011 )

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for advising and assisting project personnel in all aspects of the project document control systems. Assisting project personnel with documentation and technical information requests

Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma (D3) with 3 years relevant experience in Oil and Gas fabrication
  • Preferable from Batam domicile or willing to be stationed at Batam
  • Willing to work in a fabrication/construction environment
