Requirements:
- Single, 20-25 years
- Graduate from D3/S1 Biology/Medical Science
- Contract status for 1 year
- Able to speak Japanese is advantage
- Will be trained in Japan for several months
- Will be located in Batam
- Fresh Graduates from reputable university are welcome
Oracle Application Consultant
Requirements:
- S1 graduate majoring in Accounting
- Should have CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
- Having experience at least 5 years in related fields ( 2 to 3 years in Oracle Financials Implementation with knowledge in oracle distribution )
- Familiar with Indonesian Tax Law
- Good Interpersonal skill, honest, and high integrity
- Good leadership
- Good communication skill and team player
- Willing to be placed in Batam Island.
Psychologist
Requirements:
- S1 Psychologist, certified as Psychologist
- Male/Female
- Max 32 years old
- Min 1 year experience in recruitment area and familiar in doing psychological assessment
- Fluent in English (written and oral)
- Dynamic, able to work in high pace
- Willing to be posted in Batam
HRM Consultant
Requirements:
- Male/Female
- 25 to 35 years old
- Single
- Degree (S1) in any discipline
- Interest in HRD (Knowledge of Labour Law and Personnel Matters will be advantages)
- Good communication skills
- Good social skills
- Fluent in English
- Willing to be posted in Batam
HR Executive
Requirements:
- Female, max 33 years old.
- D3 graduate majoring in any education background.
- Having experience min 2 years in related fields.
- Having capability to perform HR administration job & knowledge and assist HR Manager in handling day to day issued.
- Understanding of Labour Law.
- Perform other task as assigned.
- Perform to conduct training program.
- Mature & pleasant personality.
- Computer Literate and able to speak English well.
