Job Title : Senior Executive
Department : Operations for Measurement Science & Project Coordinators
Job Summary:
- Responsible for prompt delivery of project management from questionnaire design to reporting/presentat ion and statistical support aligned with global / regional statistical and technical standards to internal associates.
Typical Responsibilities
- Developing design for Establishment Survey and other ad-hoc project sample; arranging cost budgeting; arranging and design questionnaire, data entry and data cleaning (including table specification)
- Coordinate, monitor, control and manage project to make sure on-time delivery and excellent quality result
- Analyze and perform Weighting for Establishment Survey and other ad-hoc project
- Provide reporting and presentation to be delivered to clients, both internal and external
- Manage Establishment Survey result list for recruiting TAM panel and develop its respond rate result
- Provide universe updates at internals consistent with Company guidelines and standards
- Validate universe updates based on independent data sources
- Provide Operations Department with panel selection and replacement list
- Monitor the Quality Control algorithms to ensure panel with a-typical controls or contribution are identified and corrected
- Ensure Quality Control algorithms for identifying and correcting raw and projected data are operating within Company guidelines
- Conduct regular coverage studies of client data to ensure information trends are accurate
- Conduct data validation studies upon request and provide written feedback within pre agreed timeframe
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date knowledge on research techniques and applications
- Provide value-added analyses and respond to special requests
- Perform quality checks on all reports for alignment to request, accuracy and correctness
- Ensure standard operating procedures within area of responsibility are observed
- Recommend improvements in work processes within area of responsibility
Typical Position Pre-requisites:
- University degree in Statistics / Mathematics
- 2 to 4 years experience in Media / Consumer / FMCG / Service / Retail industry /
- Working knowledge of research techniques and methodologies
- Effective writing skills and communication/ presentation skills
