Country Sales Manager for Wireless Broadband - S1 - Motorola

ROLES:

  • Develop Key accounts opportunities and work with channel to fulfill
  • Manage opportunities with channels.
  • Develop profitable business by working with distributor team to support and execute sell-thru processes and key ground activities in the market

ACCOUNTABILITIES
Objective Setting :

  • Cascade clear objectives that are consistent with company goals for each distributor / dealer
  • Develop distribution footprint – distributor account planning and new account development
  • Achieve distribution and sales execution objectives
  • Ensure clear communication and adherence of pricing and promotions
  • Build relationships with dealers and key customers in the region
  • Represent Motorola at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations
  • Ensure full support, involvement, and implementation of key ground activities

Tracking Measures and Problem Solving :

  • Gathering market and customer information: sell-thru / sell-out reporting, inventory reporting
  • Review progress versus objectives weekly and take corrective action as appropriate
  • Lead problem solving for the customers

Coaching Activities :

  • Build capability of distributor team through coaching activities
  • Conduct product training to distributor / dealer as required
  • Model desired behavior by making demonstration calls

Skills :

  • Strong communication skill (English) supported by good analytical and robust presentation skills

Knowledge and Experience :

  • University graduate or above
  • 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • A demonstrated track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Experienced in channel management
  • Sales experience into TELCO operators
